The organizing committee of the 9th International Horticulture Conference & Expo -2025 is pleased to invite submissions of abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, and professionals from around the world to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest developments in the field of Horticulture. We welcome contributions that showcase innovative research, emerging trends, and solutions to current challenges in the field. You may submit an Abstract through the following link till 28th February 2025.
Guidelines for Oral Preparation
A slot of 10 minutes will be provided to present your work followed by a short question and answer session.
Guidelines for Poster Preparation
Please find attached poster template. Poster size is 02 ft × 05 ft and a high-resolution matt finish printing is recommended. Please ensure that your submission adheres to the instructions given in template for a chance to compete for the Best Poster Award.
Expo Stall Information
Stall size : 10 × 10
Stall back side: length 10 ft × height 8 Ft.
Stall sides: length 10 ft x height 4 ft
Front facia: 10ft ×1.5 ft willbe provided by expo organizers.
Each stall will have 2 chairs and two tables covered with white linnen
Tables are standard 4×3 buffet tables
Stalls are under a fibreglass canopy with a 10 ft covered corridor infront.
Stall holders can prepare their back drops 8 feet height and 10 feet length.
Sides are short boundries with an open expo style 4 ft height.
